We are currently still a young project, but our Charter includes being as open and transparent as possible. Thus establishing public, clear, and effective policies here is a key priority.
We are an open and meritocratic project, and welcome anyone who can help.
While it is great that anyone can join the discussions, contribute to the wiki, and host their own git tree/branch/fork, there are some resources such as the build system which require that we limit access. Processes and policies for granting and rescinding such access will be well defined here as soon as possible, perhaps after our first imminent alpha release, but definitely before our beta release.
